Total Posts: 1500 Vacancies [Male- 1200 Posts, Female- 300 Posts]

Name of the Posts: Constable

Age Limit as on 01-02-2016: Not less than 18 years and not above than 23 years for General candidates, 25 years for OBC/ SC/ ST/ Gorkhas.

Application Fee:: Candidates belong to SC/ ST/ OBC/ IRDP category will have to pay Rs. 30/- ; &
General candidates Rs. 120/-in the shape of Bank Draft/ IPO to be drawn in favour of the concerned District Superintendent of Police payable at concerned places as mentioned in the advertisement.

Educational Qualification:  Intermediate (10+2) examination from an institution duly recognised by HP Board of Secondary Education.

Pay Scale: Rs. 5910-20200/- + GP Rs. 1900/-

Selection Process: Through Physical standards, Physical efficiency test, written examination, personality test/ interview, medical examination, verification of character and antecedent.
